Once it has been determined that you need additional medical care requiring hospital admission, call the phone number on your card and be connected with our Medical Travel Coordinators.
Be prepared to provide the coordinators with the name and phone number of the hospital you are being treated at and the name and any contact information you may have for where you would like to be transported to.
Our in-house medical team will begin reaching out for medical records to determine the urgency of the transport, the best timing, and the most suitable means of transportation.
The process for titan members needing more advanced tactical or rescue services is the same. Call us and our experts will start coordinating repatriation.
